| Z-Pro Two Station Case Packer |

Thiele's Z-Pro Two Station Clean Design Case Packer is fully automatic as well as compact, flexible, and cost efficient. It can easily cater to applications in the pharmaceutical and food industries. It can handle speeds of up to 12 cases or trays per minute.
This Z-Pro, in two stations on a single level, can produce three types of packaging:
- trays
- preglued (RSC) end-load cases and
- wraparound cases
Station one consists of the carton blank feed and product infeed. Blanks are separated with vacuum cups and placed in between the carrier chain pusher bars to perform the case for incoming product. The product is loaded and indexed to station two.
Station two is the folding and compression operation where folding rails compress the major and minor flaps. Sealing is done by strip application of adhesive by a hot melt glue system.
