Thiele's 7115XC Style Shaker/Saddle Assembly is a proven design found on our current 7115XC Automatic Open-Mouth Bagger. This upgrade combines a tandem cylinder shaker arrangement with an adjustable, light-weight, yet durable, shaker assembly guaranteed to improve product settling and package quality.
The unique dual cylinder shaker arrangement uses one cylinder that compensates for bag foreshortening while the other settles the product. A single adjustment point speeds up product change-over while allowing access for on-line "fine tuning" of critical height adjustments. This efficient, justifiable upgrade installs easily and requires only a program change and an additional solenoid valve.
