Thiele's new Pro Pacer High-Speed Hot-Melt Case Erector/Bottom Sealer is a new addition to our case erecting systems. The Pro Pacer automatically selects, erects, squares, and seals the bottom flaps of corrugated cases.
It handles:
- regular-slotted (RSC) cases
- half-slotted (HSC) cases and
- full over lap (FOL) cases
at speeds up to 30 cases per minute, depending on the model configuration and case size.
The Pro Pacer features a six foot long, right-angle powered case magazine that automatically indexes the next stack of cases into position as needed. An innovative case selection system enables the machine to handle warped board and other corrugated variations.
Opposing vacuum cups at the erecting station easily separate a case as it is being erected, effectively breaking the score lines and any possible "glued-over" manufacturer's joints.
