Thiele Technologies' OmniStarT Automatic Bagging System, features advanced technologies that increase production and safety while decreasing costs.
The OmniStarT packages 20 to 110 lbs. (9-50 kg) of product in poly or paper bags at speeds up to 15 bags per minute. It has fewer moving parts than other comparable single-bag baggers, thus reducing downtime and further adding to your productivity.
The programmable operator's panel makes operation safer and easier and enhances the quick, tool-less changeover. Just enter the recipe for the new bag size, make mechanical adjustments to accommodate the new bag size, and resume operation. Complete changeover takes only 3 to 5 minutes.
