Thiele's FlexiPro Automatic Knockdown Case Packer loads a variety of products into regular slotted cases (RSC style). When used with a Thiele loader and infeed system, the FlexiPro automatically:
- feeds corrugated blanks from horizontal magazines and positions blanks for loading
- folds the blanks around the end product
- closes and seals flaps and joints for palletizing.
The FlexiPro offers quiet, low maintenance operation. It features an air Venturi system that increases production by assuring reliable opening of cases. Mechanical case feeding of this four-station case packer guarantees positive control of each case throughout the loading, flap folding, and sealing processes.
Plus, no change parts are needed in the case handling area of the system, proving that the FlexiPro is a versatile, easy-to-use system that can handle a variety of cases.
